All About Lauren
Lauren lives in Richmond, Virginia with her husband – a Richmond fire fighter- and two kids. As a lifelong competitive swimmer she got involved with coaching fifteen years ago and now is the head coach and owner of a USA swim team. She also works as an NBC-HWC health coach and as a remote health coach manager for a health app.

She has many passions in her life including: home renovation/decorating, entrepreneurship/intrapreneurship, leadership, all things coaching, parenting trials/tribulations, and much more! Not being able to find content while taking on a lot of her projects she decided to start a blog to help the next person!
